My first tat was this triquetra. I got it in 2000 in Charleston, Tennessee on my right upper arm.

In 2001, I got this dreamcatcher, with Cherokee script for the word "peace" above it, on my left upper arm. This one was done in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Sometime in the next couple of months, I'll be getting a lauburu (Basque cross) on my right upper arm, under the triquetra.

I am amazed at the colors I see in the new tat's.  Time will tell how well they last but they are so much more vibrant than the inks of 'old'!

Lady Penelope

Here's a picture of my tattoo. I got it about 4 years ago.
It's the symbol of my favourite faire band, The Tartan Terrors.

Don't have a pic of my latest one yet, but here's the first three...

I'm going back to have that last one colored in at some point...

This is the tattoo I want to get... I'm planning to do it next Spring.

Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

Looks cool, adding any colors or going with the original look?

I've 3 now. Want more :D
My first - wings - back - April 2004.

My second and third - fox & snowflake (right & left) - hips - March 2006.

Apologize for the blurriness of the bottom ones. They're low on my hips, so to get a clear shot, you see my underwear, always. So, yeah. You guys just get the ink  :P

Thanks! No, I don't think I'll be adding any colors. I like the plain black tattoo look.

Bugsey - Thanks so much. I designed all of them myself. There's something nice about knowing they don't match anyone else's (especially my wings!)

Jessy those wings are GREAT! I've never seen wings like that. Very different. :)

Thanks Lady Joyce Ann. I wanted something that was my own.
It's a fun game if I'm wearing a shirt they're visible in to have people guess what they are. I've gotten music notes, tree roots... spiders I think. Fun answers sometimes. I think the best compliment I got on them is that they look like something Edward Gorey would draw (I <3 his artwork :D)

Bugsey, I love the Elven on your shoulder!  It looks great!

I, meanwhile, got my lip pierced today!  Something I've been really really wanting to do since I was in high school.  I think it looks great.  Unfortunately it's small (it's a stud not a ring) so pics are kind of hard to take of it.  When the piercer finished it, she was like "Wow, it f#*&ing suits you!"  Haha.  We'll see how my parents react to it when I go home for Thanksgiving.  :O
