GGRR ARGHT  I'm in a foul mood:

Sewing going badly (buttonhole glitch - hour of unpicking HV's 'heirloom' buttonhole in black on black velvet!)

Hands are in a bad way with the fibro

TOM making me crave carbs and eat like crazy!
Serious water retention making everything puffy and painful (especially fingers and knees!)  (With these two I am NEVER gonna lose these last few pounds!  I feel fat and ugly and old today...    )

I need you to cheer me up, so dream on!  What would be the thing you wanted most in all the world to ease your making of the world's finest garb?

Right now I really NEED a dress form and WANT a new machine that does embroirdery too.

What I want most is someone who can draft workable, accurate patterns for me, because I can't seem to do it for myself, no matter how hard I try. And when you're 6'3" in your stocking feet, and a woman, you can't just go with a purchased pattern with no adjustments.

Oh my gosh Kate! What on earth could make a machine cost all that? Details! I wanna dream too.

For me? I wish oh wish I had a dedicated sewing room. Something all Martha Stewart like with lots of little cabinets and cubbyholes for all my notions , a wall devoted to holding bolts and shelved fabrics. A real cutting table. *sigh* I could go on and on.
