RUM... I'm not a real big fan of rum, unless it's coconut rum with cranberry and pinapple juice... don't think i could down it straight... I'm more of a Jagemeister guy... (I know alot of folks think it's gross... but it's the one thing that doesn't make me *yack*)

I dunno Doublet. I USUALLY do not drink alcohol straight unless it is Scotch or Bourbon of course, as I do not like the taste of alcohol, and have NEVER drank straight rum .... until NOW... You simply MUST try this Railean Reserve XO! I had to buy two more bottles this afternoon as the first bottle we bought to try.... ummm... well.... evaporated.  ;D

In any case I am sure you will like the loki. Jaeger....eesh.... taste like cough syrup to me.

I may not have time to make the other batch of rum balls like I wanted to, so ya'll are gonna have to play nice and share.  :P

Doublet... you just haven't met many good rums yet. Trust me, there are as many varieties of rum as there are varieties of flowers. But rum tastes much better than flowers....

Taarna, I can't wait to take a taste of the new rum you have found. I hope it is as least half as nice as you make it sound!

Ahh Teach, I am pretty confident you will definately like. This is high quality, micro distilled... not mass produced... the rum I had in Jamaica and Cayman Islands can't hold a candle to this stuff.
