So, is there anyway I can help assist?

Welcome back lass!
It looks like everything is progressing rather smoothly. If you have any ideas for games at the Friday night meet & greet or something simple for tailgate, I am all ears.

oki doke.  i got a few questions here since i am a bit slow.

Question 1-will there be tailgates on opening day? (8/29) Because we are going on opening day!  And since there is a large group of my friends going, I want to get the time down, to know if there is a tailgate (since I always miss them!)

Question 2-for Rendezvous/Labor Day weekend:  will there be a tailgate on that saturday/sunday/monday? or is it one specific day?  i would love to meet everyone, its a shame I have been attending mdrf for 5 years and have always missed these things. And I think there will be a group of us will be going, so trying to organize everything.

Question 3-when and where will the big picture of everyone be taken? I am determined to be included this year! lol

thank you Lady Gloriana, so now I need to go and inform everyone tagging along that we are leaving EARLIER than I originally planned. I am sure there will be lots of grumbles there :)

Just tell them there will be cookies and coffee and stuff!

And possibly a new drink concoction that is sitting in my cabinet right now, depending on how it turns out. :)

Amras and I (with Lady Guinness) usually arrive between 0800 - 0830 to "stake out" our spot. We set up tailgate close to the road in row #1. Easy to find, usually right accross from the privies half dressed or in various stages of dress. We will be the guys smoking cigars  ;D

I'm sorry the vision of a "half dressed" Scotsman and Amras smoking cigars is not exactly the way to induce people to come to a tailgate.  :o

That depends on who you're trying to attract to tailgate!  Half-dressed Scots?!  Holy smokes!  I'm with you, Peddlin!
