You know you have too many patterns when 1) you actually have to keep a catalog of them 2)  when your husband has to ask you which patterns from the costumes section you DON'T have. 

It was a bit comical looking at the 5/$5  simplicty's

I only bought a yard of it. It was on sale, and it still cost $9.00. I'm thinking a purse, then I'll just have to see how much is left.
My friend that was with me didn't understand the GREATNESS of this fabric...I knew y'all would, though!!

It was a fabric/upholstery store called Carolina Fabrics on Pleasantburg Dr. in Greenville, SC. I've looked for a website, and this is the best I can find...

Thanks for the info, but that is not anywhere near me. I wonder what company makes it?

I didn't figure it would help. Sorry. I'm not sure who makes it. It was on a huge roll instead of the normal rectangle cardboard...it's like a thick rougher cotton. It doesn't feel like upholstery, but that's where it was in the store. I can go back and see if the roll gives clues. I'll try to do that this coming week.

Hi I'm Chloe to my faire friends and yes to some it may seem I am a fabricaholic...I like to think of myself more of an artist with a bare canvas.....ok yeah so some of it has sat awhile but like any artist I get creative block and so it sits safely in one of my seven extra large totes waiting for me. lol today over dinner the kids let it slip that this thread was out there....I just had to find others like me

I have a friend who has 57 boxes, totes and tubs full of fabric she's been collecting for over 15 years... but she does actually use it, and she even has a bit of a cataloging system, although no swatches... I thought some of you were bad, but when I walked into her garage I knew we were all just amateurs.
