I've finally cataloged all my fabric. I've got at least 400 yards. I used up 100 index cards and placed them all in mini photo album.

Now when I go to Fabric Row in PA in two weeks I can take the photo album with me to mix and match!
I've already forgotten the purpose of all this, haven't I?

Here is my latest for my Ren Faire Venetian Costume.  What can I say? I adore Purple, and this is so yummy! I was at home fabrics and they wanted 18.00 for this same pattern but I have it for 1/2 that price here so it will be here next week, not that I can work on it until I finish a Regency Outfit and a Victorian one for the Costume College.  But I know I will continue to work on his until it is down for Ren Faire in September here in No Cali.



I am thinking of making spiral sleeves in a deep purple silk velvet, and I need to make a lovely fan as well.

Once again.... 50% off the 50% Red Tag fabric at Joann's, and I walk out with 18 yards of silk (light, non-slubby dupioni) for $3 a yard... forest green and pink.  The pink will be for some Regeny gowns I want to try.. the green will be Elizabethan or Civil War... I told myself NO MORE FABRIC.... yeah right...!!

Oooo I hit that sale too and found some kinda goldish carmel cotton velvet for $3.  Yeah!!!!  I bought 10 yards and there is more, I really want to go get it, but don't know what the 10 I already have wants to be.  Oh the injustice.  hehehe

This site is 50% less than what I can get down in Los Angeles at Home Fabrics one of my fabric places.

And for the comment she who dies with the most fabric wins? I have a better one, She who dies with the most fabric?  Did not make enough garb!
Or She who died with the most fabric died, and they are having a sale! LOL!

8 1/3 yds of ta-feta @ $3.50 yd at Joann's on the mark-down table - strange color, looked burgundy inside the store, an orangey-rusty-reddish color outside.  Still no new patterns.  Definitely an urban legand.
