OY!  I should have passed up on the free food last evening.  My boss treated me to beer, potato skins and chips & salsa.  I'm paying for it, now.  TUMS!!  I NEED TUMS!!

The whole F*#&^$& point of starting with the better diet and all the exercising was so I wouldn't look like I did last year. Too bad bettering my diet and exercising all the time every day did nothing to cause me to lose any weight or...anything.
If it actually would have made a difference, I'd be ready for this and I'd do just fine. Not now...

My anger at having zero results burns with the fury of a thousand suns. There's aren't enough curse words...and each isn't nearly strong enough to vent my extreme anger at the situation and the situation it further complicates. ****!!!!!
