We lost Farrah Fawcett this morning and now Michael Jackson has died. This along with Ed McMahon yesterday.

one question...

All these big names, is the world ending?

Not yet, but in about 3.5 years. I realize that your still young, but celebrities tend to pass in threes. I don't know why, they just do. When I saw that Ed McMahan was gone I started expecting two more. I didn't expect Michael Jackson though, we're the same age and that's way to young to die.

Laird Fraser of Lovatt

No matter what your opinion of the man... he changed the face of music and touched millions.

Yes. He was strange, but his music was AMAZING!

Kinda like when Elvis died.  The passing of an Icon.

I have always liked MJ's music.  Off the Wall was probably my favorite album by him.  He may have been a bit odd, but he had 'it' when it came to pure talent.

Heeere's Johnny!  I will always have that phrase in my mind when I think of EM.

Hair! Long glorious hair!  FF was a true beauty and a Texas girl ta boot!  For some reason I always think of Logan's Run and Pearl Drops Tooth Polish more than I do Charlie's Angels.

Three stars that have lost their light.  Sad day indeed.
