Queen Bonnie

Whatever  weather we get- we will have fun at TRF. Looking like it will cool off a wee bit this weekend! I am trying with my spells- but will save most of them and my magickal energies for TRF weekends!
Yesterday I took the MeowMobile over to Discount Tire as one of the tires was losing air.  They found it had been slashed and repaired- not their job. Very strange as Lord A ALWAYS took the car to Discount Tire.  I have a new tire ordered. Last August I took the car to a local garage in Elgin for an oil change and inspection and it took forever. They replaced a light bulb - but said nothing about a tire problem. Strange.
Guess I won't go there again.
Off this AM to pick up a new tire from D.T.- I love that place! All I pay is the cost of a warranty for the new tire-$19.99!
May all my problems be this easy to solve!

So???? Did the fella take the room?  I have been saying some extra prayers for you QB, I hope they are answered soon.

Hugs and thanks RennRobin!!! He wants the room and is filling out forms with my realtor! She is doing credit checks etc. I have my fingers crossed! Hopefully I will know soon. If all goes through- he will move in in August. i am crossing my fingers and saying spells and incantations all will work out!
I will be HEAVEN to not be so worried and strapped for $$$.
I saw an armadillo this AM! I went out early to water and there he was by the back door rooting around by my potted plants! He trotted off when he saw me!
I had never seen a live one up close! Funny critters!

We have our fair share of the critter population.  The armored dillos will tear up a yard royally to hunt water and grub worms!  They are rather stupid and blind but they can make a mess.

I have seen the holes left by the dillo for years- but never met him in person! I wish he would go elsewhere- but not to be.  Not many grubs can survive this heat I think!

I am so glad things so far are working well with the Soon to be Renter.  I hope that they continue to be well.
May the stars always shine upon you and yours.

Anxious to hear about the renter!  Is he a cat lover?  a Renny lover? a potential chauffeur? a fix-it-gardener type guy?

I tried to reply- but my post did not go through. More nargles? I will test this one before I write more!

OK! I guess the Nargle be gone spray worked like- magick!!!!
The potential renter is a divorced guy my age. NON SMOKER!!!!Likes cats, classical music, Old homes and cooking. He said we might have to fight over the kitchen- but no fighting at Meow Manor!  We can work that out. I am so new at this- but guess he is too.  Who knows what will happen? My crystal ball won't tell! Bad Ball! I am hopeful! Perhaps I can get another renn convert?
I got my new tire! The MeowMobile is happy and I am relieved! Huzzah for Discount Tire!  I give them the Royal Seal of approval!  Purveyor to the Queen of Everything!  It was a good experience!  Glad I don't have to worry about that. I need a Royal Worrier. I am sick of doing that! LOL!

I do so hope things work out well with your potential renter. It does occasionally take time to make them ren converts, but your the best at it!
Don't forget to smell the roses, but watch out for the thorns!

Sounds like new adventures are heading your way Bonnie. :) I'm so glad to hear you've found a nice renter.

C Dragonworks

OHHHH sounds like he should be a perfect fit! I do know you like to eat good food and it is nice to have someone else cook for you! and visa versa! I do wonder if you can make a convert???? Perhaps not a wizard but a knight.... in shining armour! OHHHH I hope this works out for you dear Bonnie! Soooo looking forward to faire... though it is looking like a may end up working again due to all that went on with the old house and daughter and all... LOOOONNNGG story will tell you about at a later date! I dare say I will be unable to afford to just go play!BUMMER! I chalk it all up to a really healthy batch of NARGLES!

Since I live on the edge of a wilderness, it's lots of deer and turtles and the occassional opossum and nugias. See a lot of deer on my way to work each night.......but around the complex, of course, it's CATS. Saw one today that I tried to catch as a kitten, but it let out such a cry of fear at the time, I let it go.

"NOOOOOOOO! I just wanted a free meal! I don't want to be caged! I want to be free and chase birds!"

Sigh...........if only it knew............
