Thanks Mieljolie, i have gotta many a hug and kisses from the women with them. I think
i have given about 50 away in 3 weekends at Sterling i think. Even muged the folks from
Pirates Way / Faire magazine this past weekend. I have become a hunted man this season
and i am having a ball with them, as is everyone else. One of my better ideas i guess!

I also custom make favors and pendants.  I'm also the supplier for the Tudor Rose Awards this year at TRF!

so just a question, being a newbie here, if you have favors what is the proper. . . protocol?  for giving them away,  and what does it mean to give one to somebody?  I just do not want to be standing there looking like more of a fool than I already get myself into?

I give favors to new friends I meet, and old friends I see. Also at big gatherings favor swaps are good too! :D I'm running out of room on my HUGE pin sash and may have to resort to a big baldric type sash. x_X;;

I am trying to come up with something cute as a favor.  I dress up as a Scottish Shepherd and have my sheltie with me at faire.

I was thinking of something sheep like, so I can tell those that get a favor that they are now part of the flock.

Any suggestions on how to make something sheep like for a favor?

Here's a cute origami lamb. Maybe you could put a pin on the back and glue some cotton balls or quilt batting to the ears?

This is not at all HA or period, but I just thought it was adorable so I had to add it. It's a safety pin sheep: http://familycrafts.about.com/library/projects/blspbdsheep.htm

Oh dear, is that adorable or what?! That's something crafty that even *I* can do!

I made some simple favors based off what I had lying around the house from the last time I made them. Currently I have no pictures but as soon as I have a chance I'll get some.

I liked the origami sheep, but was worried about them getting wet.  So I did a sheep's face but with pompoms.

Why Rani I think you might have a dirty mind.

I started making favors this year. I am currently buying the charm as they go on sale (every other week) at hobby lobby, but my rogue says I should just order them as a large batch online (at full price though....not 50% off).
The idea came about as my faire name is Lissame Rhosyn (Rhosyn means rose).
I am currently threading a red ribbon through the clasp up top so it can be tied to whatever the receiver likes.
