You wait until I request the documents to inform me that you need a bunch of additional information, which we don't have on hand, in order to obtain the documents? Really? You couldn't have given me a heads-up before? Now, not only do I have to urgently request and compile information from 85 students, it makes our office look really unorganized and unprofessional. Great.

Can you say BUZZED?  Geez... and some people do this for fun?!?  Kinda sucks, IMO... 

Next coat should be done outside, I believe!!!
