No finer looking band of kilted protectors could a lass (or two) hope for, whilst wanderin' about in the dark... ;)

I'll be the first to vouch for these fine men, and their chivalrous ways.

Rani, you're such a wonderful person... no man, with an once of noble blood in their veins, could not stand against the dark and see you and your wee one safely on your journey thru the night!  ;)

And I thank you for the compliment, but no more so than you are, sir.  You company was a pleasure, and is welcome at any time, whether for protection, or simply the joy of your presence...  :)

Maybe, the next time, when we get all of you together *coughLECHcough*, the lot of you could actually smile.

Just sayin'.  :P
Still Meggers, just a little more grown up now. :)

Deckard And Zhora

I also have to say--me and my husband just happened to be last-minute tag-alongs with Valt and I must say I really enjoyed myself with this group. It was entertaining, Loki-filled and a good atmosphere to be around. Which is why I am now poking around on the boards here! Thanks for not shunning the newbies!

;D :D

I was just happy to meet so many more people this weekend.

Well said Meg! I agree with all my heart!

Fraser of Lovatt, no darling I was stunned by your charm and couldn't take my eyes from you! ;) It just took me a few minutes to realize why I knew the name lol! I can't wait to get to know many of you better than I do now and to grow even stronger in friendships that already had great roots!

PR, it was great to finally meet my faimly and to be welcomed in with such love. It was amazing. My friends had an amazing time and think (As I know) that you are amazing.

BS, you really are the life of the party with a heart of gold, thank you for welcoming me into your camp!

And to everyone else, *HUGS* It was great! Can't wait to do it all again, only differently! (Can't do it the same....wouldn't be EPIC twice!)

Sweetheart, it was so great to see you this weekend and to be able to deliver a wonderful surprise on Saturday night. ;)
Can't wait to see you again, and spend more time with you!  :-*

I think since the two of us both spend so much time running at faire that we will have to get together OUTSIDE of faire and spend a day or two getting to know each other better! Rather than drive by hugs! :D

As quoted by Sound and Fury about  how Texas RenFest goers say hello, "Good Morrow Ya'll." Sorry, was watching their USC Cyranose interview recently. I was wondering, and getting ahead of myself, who KNOWS if they will be in attendance the very last weekend. I am the taker of many newbie's renginity this year and would like them to meet what I believe to be the essence of TRF, i.e., everybody I have pretty much met on here. Sound off so I can make TRF the drug I know it to be for other people. Man, I love being a pusher.

You?  Intrude?!?  Never, dear!!!  One of the only regrets I have about the weekend is that you, and one other, were unable to attend...

And Fraser, there are many adjectives I might be tempted to use in describing your looks, and ugly would never be one of them!  Flowing locks, certainly... tall, commanding, serious... but also gentle, strong and humorous.  All of these come through in the expressions on your face, as well as in the way you carry yourself... and those are all things that make a man more attractive than he may know.

(oh, and that goatee... just plain sexy...)  ;)
