Beautiful photos, Valt.  Were the Celtic Christmas pics taken with your new lens?  And that's a lovely shot of the McLotofus lasses you posted, Bonny Pearl.

It was a mixture of both lenses.  The joust maiden shoot was solely with that lens if I recall correctly.  I am really pleased with it.

'tis an interesting title, I dare say I am not displeased with it.

Valt, are you about 6'8"?  I think I may have seen you at Dickens on The Strand in Galveston on Saturday, towering over a group of people you were talking with.

That would be right, and a good possibility that it was I.

The Spanish Joust Maiden making faces while the English knight is talking.  She was having a blast!  :D

It was a great season and the cast did an exceptional job with their roles and they were having fun at it.  Can't ask for more.   Major kudos to the TRF cast and performers!

Black Hearted Pearl

Alas, it had been months since I visited this site and had not before attending the final weekend.  I looked in vain for those wearing an R/F pin, but did not see anyone.  Me and me 'new' mate had a lovely time and plan on attending next year.  To those who helped make the festival work, Thank you.
