lol, way off topic but about 10 years ago I worked for Arsene and slept at the Odeon Stage ...one night we heard what we thought was someone banging on the door....well, they were....upon opening the other door. The rather large gentleman took off running in the pale moonlight with his trousers around his ankles (quite a sight) leaving his poor lass behind....she took off after the shock of being left behind wore off...

From Minneapolis to Belize and St. Maarten.  Different trips.  Haven't bothered to see which is farther.  All that matters is that I was there, and it was good.

Back to topic...  Belize was the further of the two at approximately 2,735 miles to St. Maarten's 2,690.

Well I put a post up when this thread first started saying I might be going to KCRF and haven't updated it since.  We did indeed drive to KCRF in October of 2008 and had a great time.  It was a 17 hour drive one way.  We've then turned around and this past February drove to FL for BARF and that came in at about 15.5 hours one way.  Right now, those are the 2 farthest faires we've been to.  I'm sure that will change some time in the future but for now that is it.

Funny thing is back in 99 I was in San Mateo, CA for 6 months on a contract and didn't realize that the faire was right nearby or that would have been the furthest one.  Someday I'm sure.

I live about 30 minutes from LARF and I ride about 6.5-7 hrs. to TRF.
