No, not looking for a shunning. Just letting others know that I'm dealing with too much so the over flow is going to go whichever way I'm tilting at the moment. My job alone is more that enough stress to cause over load, couple that with my divorce, my step-dad dying of cancer any day, some other stuff that I'm not going to air publicly and i'm a hang over looking for a place to happen.

I'm sorry, hon...  You know you've always got a place for that overflow, right here.  I hope things let up on you soon, at least enough for you to get a good, deep breath once in a while.  I've been pretty familiar with pressure lately, myself, so I have all the sympathy in the world for you.  Vent whatever you need to, and we'll try to find a way to make you laugh... even if it's in disbelief!

I have such difficulty with randomness, because each random thought leads me to a thought-train... which takes me on a journey that may end in the most bizarre places, but I can seldom stop at just the original single thought, itself... unless I'm meditating.  Then it's possible to just acknowledge the thought and let it drift away.  

Drift... like I do when I'm snorkeling in the Keys... in the morning, when there is still a breeze and the waves slip over me like the satin lining of my cloak on a chilly fall evening around the fire at TRF...

See... random just leads me into the weirdest daydreams.
