This weekend I took one of my newest creations out for a test taste.  The consensus was that it was absolutely wonderful.  So the rum and the lunch box...are all mine!!!

A. Look at the photos. Empress' Blue's Duckee is much to large to fit in the Goddess's box.
B. The chances of either of them coming to Casa Teach for anything other than a visit are vanishingly slim. The chance of both of them living there does not even exist

Ya know, it's funny to see you all bickering back and forth. Each of you claiming to be the "winner" of this competition, but isn't the true winner everyone that gets to drink the leftovers???

Although, if you are making any flavor other than the traditional recipe, you technically are NOT making LOKI, but you are making a flavored drink.  Being the purist that I am, well.. Let's just say that there is but ONE person that is truly the KING when it comes to actual Loki....and I have yet to see them post on this board (and probably won't because they don't tend to do the whole techie computer thing).


besides.. I have a bottle of my own brew which is three and a half year old stuff that would knock your socks off which would mean the duckee and the lunchbox would be MINE mwuhahahahaha

As for me, I pieced together the recipe from the forum last year, confirmed it with some people that make it, and I still have 4 bottles left over from Aug 07.  I hope it still good!

On the bright side, I have the entire market for Loki cornered since no one within 300 miles seems to know how to make it!

I have to agree that the true winners are the judges. Maybe when I retire my crown as Loki Lord I shall gave such a try.

Your more than welcome to enter yours in the competition... and of course lose to me in the end. That being said, if you want to join in the bet you of course would have to put up something of equal value...

And I will sweeten the pot and say that if somehow you manage to squeak by and beat me then I will be forced to enter unqueenly in revenge lol
