Seriously, though, Fraser is right (yes, Fraser, you heard me correctly...   )... it's an amazing place for people watching!  I've seen more things there that made my jaw hit the ground than anywhere else I've ever been... and that's one of the biggest reasons I enjoy the actual Faire so much!  Well, and the shopping, of course...    heheh  

But if it weren't for the campground... it just wouldn't be the same place, at all.  Being able to leave Faire at the end of the day and walk right out the gate and into camp is almost like... having Faire itself continue on after closing.  There are just as many shows and attractions, but the audiences are generally a bit smaller, and paying at the pubs and food vendors in the campgrounds means putting a few dollars into the donation jars... and then you usually get to pour your own for the rest of the night!  LOL  

But, if that wasn't enough... there are the HUGS.  Everywhere you go, there are hugs... from people you haven't seen in months, people you've just met, and people you may have been chatting with online for years but are just meeting in person for the first time... and that's the best part of all.  Well... along with all those late night conversations around the fire.  

And finally... snuggling down into your bed when you just can't stay awake any longer, and knowing as you fall asleep that you get to wake up in the morning and do it all over again...
