Hey, guys!

My party of three will be out this year for the weekends of Oct 21-23 and Closing weekend.  We'll be camping, trying to get out of Louisiana EARLY this year so we can enjoy the campgrounds with you all for an extra day!

I'll have a small amount of homebrewed mead, so come and say hi if you see us lurking!

Arrrhh! Me an' tha saucy wench be working at Wood Harbor/Thousand Oaks Barrels again this year, but anchoring The Impaler out at Patron's camping every weekend with the crew.

Also... I have a mug issue. Mine from Thousand Oaks leaks. I don't know what they are using for sealant but this is the second year in a row the same mug started leaking. Very sad...
To their credit they repaired it last year at Scarby but I think I am just gonna retire it to the shelf this time.

Teach, my mug is 4+ years old, has no sealant, and must be soaked in water a few hours prior to use so the wood can expand.  After I do this it never leaks, before...like a sieve.   Stop by and check out the rum cart!

I'll be up there early tomorrow and should be at the M&G by POW. Hell, I usually loiter at the POW regardless lol. Not sure if I'm staying the night or not, depends on how the day occurs. For those who have yet to meet me I'll be in a Red Dra shirt, Black and Silver Excalibur hat.

The Lady Kat and young master Dorian will be there this coming weekend being the 3rd weekend pirate weekend. We will be camping all weekend with others from the DFW area.

1st time really camping out in the camp ground and not really working but I will be helping any friends while I am there.

Very sad that we are not able to make it this coming weekend.  Pirates is kinda our thing and this past weekend my Wife was tapping kids on the shoulder and handing them pirate gold (plastic, and yeah we would get parents to nod yes before doing so) or giving it to them when getting our pictures taken with them..  It was great to see the looks on their faces.

Bonny, you need to have a "Jack Sparrow Catch & Release" Contest!  Whoever can catch, and tag (with some little button or favor) the most Jacks wins a drink from all the other players at Pirate Pubsing!!!
