Week after week my mind keeps returning to the fun times at faire with my friends.

Friends in garb are a good excuse to attend a Renaissance festival.

Festival days in the Fall are second only to festival days in early spring.

Spring is a terrific time to start your faire season. I'm lucky that I can do so with The Robin Hood Springtime Festival in Connecticut. A wonderful faire and a great start to the season!

Season doesn't seem to matter for Fest in Minnesota- we run 7 weekends starting mid August (tomorrow!) and we have had snow one day and 90 degrees the next!

"Break it, buy it!" is an oft seen sign in the shoppes along the lane.

Lane acts add much to the Faire experience.

Experience the every day world though mundane as it might be with a different outlook and sensibility. Use imagination to make life more exciting. I think as we age we lose that and are taught that imagination and play is only for the young.
