I don't care WHAT my brain and body are saying... it is NOT normal to be completely awake at 3:43am... EVERY. FREAKIN'. NIGHT!!! 

I actually really LIKE early-in-the-morning routines... with the birds, and the coffee... and the sun lighting things up inch by inch.  It was so easy to be that person when I lived on a mountain top... especially with no curtains.  No need for them when there are no neighbors...
