Been good. Working mucho. I just have a bad tendency of popping in and out too often, with out being longer than I realise..apologies.

I want to thanks everyone for all of the positive energy and prayers you've sent.  My grandpa is now out of the hospital, in his own bed, and recovering nicely.  They managed to find 5 ulcerations, amazingly enough, and treat them all with some sort of coating/cauterizing spray that seals them while they heal... which is a pretty huge leap in modern medicine, as far as I'm concerned! 

Anyway... his 101st b-day party was postponed by a whole day, and tomorrow (well ok, today) we are all (and by all, I mean about 1/3 of the scattered clan, which is still over 30 people) gathering for burgers, dogs, cake and ice cream to show him how very much he means to all of us!  Thanks again for lending him your strength and energy... I know it made all the difference.  <3

It was a pretty wonderful day...    Lots of family, and Grandpa was feeling pretty good, although still a bit tired.  He didn't have any problems eating the strawberry cake and ice cream, though!  lol  He seems to be well on the road to recovery, and I'm pretty sure he's going to be back out puttering in the garden soon. 

I'm not a fan of hospitals, either.  Pretty sure the nurses are glad we're not filling up the room, the corridor and the waiting room any longer, also!  We had to visit in shifts, and there were still far too many of us to fit in the room.  Thank goodness it was a private one, because a roomy would have gone nuts with all of us in there at the same time!  lol 


Fraser... you haven't updated us about your daughter, yet.  How is she?  Back home, I hope!

Oh, I'm so glad, Fraser!  A brace isn't much fun, it's true... but it's a blessing that she's still here and able to be helped by it!  Those photos show just how much of a miracle she was granted that day!  Scally and I are still praying for her quick recovery, and sending lots of healing energy, as well!   


I see that Tink is practicing her Thunder Theft skills this morning...    lol
