Would it be too much to ask for people to put what they actually DID at their last job?  How in the *&#& am I supposed to hire them if I don't know what they did?  "ROW, Clean-up, Environmental."  What?  Is that supposed to mean something to me?  ROW Construction?  Clean-up Inspection? Environmental Foreman?  WHAT? AAARRRRRGGGHHHH.
