While we're at it:

There - Adverb: "The house is over there."
Their - Pronoun: "It is their house."
They're - Contraction of they are: "They're going to their house over there."

And still, not interchangeable.

Your - pronoun, a form of the possessive case of  'you' used as an attributive adjective: " Here is your coat."

You're - contraction of You are: " You're going to love going to Faire"

Hmmm...grammar lessons...good!

For crying out loud, would you please learn to use tenses correctly?!  You're driving me up the wall!!!

For example:  we do not say, "It come in the mail today."   No, my dear.  It came in the mail today.  Or, perhaps it did not come in the mail today.  Maybe it will come in the mail tomorrow. 

If you absolutely cannot understand, perhaps you should use the word arrive(d) instead.

I was reminiscing about my time in Nam when I was in a fox hole with an acquaintance of mine, then suddenly a mortar hit almost on top of us and blew my leg right off, I said to my partner "hey!!! My leg just got blown off!!!" but he didn't respond do to the fact he was missing most of his head. Upon evaluating the situation I noticed that his legs where still in good condition and that he would not be needing them anymore.......... He was a little shorter than I which is why I have a limp to this day.
