That's my little girl's favorite!

I'm having soup... canned. No cooking for me just yet. Kiddo is having something homemade at a friends house (wish I was too).

Since my father-in-law bagged a couple deer this weekend, we shall be having venison roast.  YUM!

I think we might have chili...unless the Wookie and the Roomie decide to go to a friends house, in which case, I'll probably either pull something out of the freezer or use that instant win sandwich coupon from McDonald's.

Pork Chops, potato's and gravy.

Tomorrow I am thinking Chicken Noodle Soap and grilled cheese sandwichs as Winter is suppose to hit Colorao late tonight/tomorrow.

Last night I cooked for the family.

slow cooked (simmered) chicken breast, with sauteed onions, mushrooms, garlic.  Sweet fried corn (made in sauce pan with butter and sugar), and wild rice.

Does cold coffee and left over dried out pizza count as dinner?   :-\  Blech.  Too busy prepping food for the weekend to think about cooking dinner.  Ugh.
Nothing clever to say here.  Not enough caffine yet.

XD I changed my mind completely.  I forgot to put hamburger out for chili, and while rummaging through the cupboards, I discovered I had everything I needed to make fettuccine with tomato-mushroom-garlic sauce (not from the jar).  Mmmm.

And garlic bread...and a nice salad to fill out the meal.
