What's for supper?

Tonight, we dine in Hell! on chili.  =D  I'll start it in about an hour so that it can just simmer away for several hours...and hopefully, in conjunction with the dryer, warm the house up.  There seems to be something wrong with our heating ducts, since the bathroom is the only warm room in the house right now!

Salad to start.
green beans.
broccoli, cauliflower, carrot blend with added onions and garlic.
1 1/2 inch steak cooked to perfection (so rare a bandaid would have it up and walking).
YES! My Man can cook!

Since the cold temperatures have officially kicked in for the season i'm thinking something that will warm up my insides like maybe soup or something.

Home made beef stew!
He made enough for about 15 people, than the in-laws got wind of it (we live close, I could smell it cooking a block away) and now we may have leftovers for one.

Seasoned black beans simmered with diced grilled chicken, ladled over herbed veggie couscous, with salad greens.

Something quick and easy...maybe Chicken Parmesan, since I have -sooo- much stuff left over from making lasagna last week...plenty of sauce and cheese, anyway.  I have waaay too much studying to do to be cooking forever tonight.  Stupid vacation going by so fast.  >.<

All of our pots and pans have been packed. We can't cook a dang thing. Just another night for take out or eat out (sigh).
