Meatballs and sauce going in the crockpot now. Spaghetti squash going in the microwave. Will cook the pasta and make the salad when I get home this 'eve. Lots of running about today.

Tonight for me is going to have to be something quick cause I will be heading into town tonight for an apointment with my mom until late tonight.Thankfully I don't have to work tomorrow so I won't have to worry about not getting enough sleep for the next day.

Shaping up to be hamburgers so far.

I make mine with sesame seeds, dehydrated onions, little soy, little spicy asian bbq sauce, and brush them in the pan (no grill ) with a mix of soy, honey and a TINY amount of diced Bhut Jolokia pepper.  Top with sauteed red onion rings and a small smear of olive-oil based mayo.

now i'm hungry again...

Delicata squash stuffed with pistachios, pine nuts, almonds and walnuts with sage, garlic and onions, topped with paramecium (parmesan, we just call it that around here) cheese.  And a salad with freshly made tahini dressing.

Started off with some stone-ground wheat crackers and swiss cheese, and a big, delicious tankard of Guinness, then some of Milord's famous swamp soup ( chicken & veggies with lots of spinach - thus the 'swampy' look  } and for the main course, hand breaded tilapia with lemon and tartar sauce...

My Husband is AWESOME!!!

Since it is  cold  and  snowy out,   I think it is a good night  for   hot pizza , popcorn,  hot  choclate,  (  great  combination  huh  !   ) and   a  good  movie  and  a  warm  fire  and     a nice  warm body ( preferably  my husband  and  not  the  dogs      ) to snuggle  up   with  !

Baked Duck in an orange white wine sauce, mashed potato's with gravy made from the drippings of the duck, stuffing for me, corn, and warm buns.

I  have  been busy  cooking .  I  just  made Turkey with gravy, homemade  stuffing, homemade  biscuits, cranberry, my mash potato  and  corn  dish,  sugar cookies, and  home made  pecan  pie.  YUm !   Happy  Thanksgiving  evryone  !
