A day at fest...

Huzzah to you all!

As most of you know, my dear husband, Vexed Viscount will not be here for the run of the faire this season.  His work has taken him far (waaay far) across the seas.   I write to him and tell him about the days at fest but it's just not quite the same... until now...

Muffin had a wonderful idea to help VV feel like he didn't miss out on the season.   A box of faire mementos.  A time capsule, if you will, of things one might do, see, find, etc during a day at the faire that we can send to him so that he might experience it for himself.

The rules (well, actually, they're more like guidelines  ): 
Items collected should be free, found, or favoured (as in, given as a gift).
Items should come with a description, if necessary, as to their purpose.
    i.e.  A small baggy of dirt would be accompanied by the following note; to rub onto your clothes, and sniff in to achieve faire boogers.
Items should be light weight, small-ish, and safe to be sent by US post.  (no alcohol-not even empty bottles.   lol)
Should you find "the perfect item" but it does not meet the size, weight, decency requirements of the US Post Office, take a picture and forward that to me or Bacardi and we'll put it onto the photo disk to be included with the box.
Items must be received by closing cannon on Sept 19th so I can get them mailed off in time for him to "attend" closing weekend.
