My throat feels funny this morning, so I think I will whip up some homemade chicken noodle soup. It's too hot for it, but I don't care. lol...

Tonight its leftover Italian Pork Roast that was stuffed with pastrami and pancetta. One the side will be spinach, long grain & wild rice in a light garlic butter sauce.

Tonight's repast was grilled sirloin steaks cooked to a perfect medium rare, fresh picked green beans, and salad with the lettuce, tomato and cucumber also straight from my garden.

Strawberry daiquiris sound like they will hit the spot. COLD. I think I would throttle anyone that suggested I cook in this heat. >:(
