A better shot of the sleeve and False Undesleeve. Looks like I will add some fabric to stuff the False Undersleeve so that it POOFS!

The French Hood to the Tudor gown is finished. I need to find my cutters so that I can get the Hoop Steel Cut so that I can feed it through the Farthingale channels. Then off to the Post office later on Monday.

Hehe, I sent her a photo yesterday and she didn't believe me that it was her gown. Silly child.

AS with you, Lady Kett,  the prodigal daughter  will need help in getting dressed.

Where are the SERVANTS when you need them???

I have no objection to assisting a lovely lady getting dressed, or un thereof...but then, I'm a reprobate.

Just got hired to do a friend's unlined pirate coat.  It was amusing that she asked if i thought well endowed goddess sized women could wear a pirate coat.  I assured her that PLENTY of godesses wear pirate coats.

What is making me twitch isn't making the coat. That isn't difficult for me, it is the fact that she wants to do all the trim adding herself.  I'm having to make a pirate coat with out and trim, braid, buttons, or anything decorative other than the black and burgundy twill it's self.  when is a pirate coat ever ...PLAIN!!! ???
It is kind of strange watching your personal history become costume.

I am working on a Royal emseble for a little Queen in the making. The Contrast Fabric for the Sleeves and Forepart is a Gold with a faint Diamomd design. I came up with this idea for the pearling to make use of the design and add that Royal touch with 4mm pearls in a  cluster group.
