You could get your back waxed while everyone else is watching Twilight.  You may find it less painful than sitting through the film.

We WILL be featuring other films of vampiric theme as well, so there will be plenty of other movies that are man-acceptable!

Also, Blue and myself have been coming up with some games, etc.

I agree with a previous mention of perhaps a costume contest. The vampiest vamp might get a prize.

No, you don't have to dress like a Twilighter. I will be in some sort of hoochie vamp attempted get up, but will just add my Twilight stickers and buttons to show my Twi-Pride

Sorry I missed that! I've been sick for almost a week so I havent really had time to visit my thread...my gosh look what happens when i'm gone! (mentions of nudity, manscaping, nosferatu, and hot wax?)

We will also be having a vampy recipe contest: whomever has the best looking vampire-inspired food or drink will win...something. (TBD)

Ok...here's the deal...depending on when the bride leaves and how tired I am I MAY show up in full bridesmaid/prom dress somewhere around midnight-ish.  Soooo...as this is a vamp party...I'll get to be the midnight snack! 

But if I am too tired I will not be able to make it...then again I just may need a little something something to de-stress

Also I don't know how many more times I need to mention this is not a TWILIGHT PARTY! Just because a few of us fans go to the corner for a bit to watch it does not make it an entirely Twilight-themed party. I understand that for the numerous fans of this series, there will be numerous Anti-Fans, and that's fine; that is why I didn't make this party so limited to its targeted audience. This is for any of you who are fond of the vamp culture and would like an excuse to dress up like a vampire, etc. There will not be giant life-sized Edwards floating around, nor will we be taking turns kissing said giant cardboard cut out (well not where y'all can see); those of us that are fans are encouraged to show your support, but overall are still in support of the main theme: Vampires.

Blue, I've finally gotten over the flu for the most part and my voice is almost back to normal, so I'll be calling you tomorrow to get some more things going.

Jess, again:Bring your adorable bum over to Blue's after the wedding! If you need something to change into, i'm sure between all the wenchies we can come up with something.

Okay, for the record, I have nothing against Twilight.  I haven't read the books or seen the movie, so I'm reserving judgement.  I'm sorta looking forward to seeing the movie, actually, to see what all the fuss is about.

The party sounds like it'll be loads of fun.  I do have me a bit of a thing for vampires...
