Ah, I'm not sure if the shoes are faire worthly or not. I just plan to wear them with my "mundane" world steamy stuff.

I have two pairs of Vogs granny boots. They're both going to the shoe repair shop for stretching. Part of it's me (bad neuropathy), but I hope stretching them corrects the comfort issue.

Some of those shoes...oh my god, I would skip out on rent if I could for them! I can't wait till fall starts so awesome boots come back to stores! I'm definitely not a sandals gal

A. Underbust vest corset, up to a 42 (laced) waist; I'm going to add a vest front, tails - swallow tails, maybe, & Napoleon collar. Oh, I LOVE that vest/corset!!! I like that the back laces, and that it has a full back, instead of the type that just comes right up under my arms... and then stops, so that it chafes. It is pretty expensive, though!

Hmmm... maybe you could make a tissue paper copy... and share!

The National Watch & Clock Museum in Columbia, Pennsylvania is presenting a Steampunk Horologia Festival in mid-September. A visit to this Museum anytime will teach you everything there is to know about time, concepts of time, and the mechanics of time pieces. Given Steampunk's fascination with time, clocks, and small gears, this will be an amazing event. On Friday September 16th they will hold the Timeworks Ball and on Saturday September 17th, tours, workshops, demonstrations, and entertainment are to be had. allright I just finished my blouse
what do you guys think?? All I have left is to add buttons to it
I need to add lace to the shirt that will go underneath it and I will be done as far as 'tops'

after this I can start working on all the leather goods and my goggles

Only because you asked, here are some details of the finished blouse. I am contemplating going over the button holes with a bright lime green embroidery thread to match the lime green thread on the pin tucks.

The sleeves look green because I put a layer of green organdy between the outer sleever and the internal sleeve- it makes the poofyness better and I liked the color contrast
