There's faaaar too much incredible camp food to try and name it all individually!  Particularly during Thanksgiving/Celtic Christmas...  Scally and I just wandered from camp to camp Friday night, sampling leftovers... and stayed stuffed all evening!!!

How about camp food. I'd love to see what tasty dishes people have come up with in the camp ground.

FYI, the fruit stand close to the POW, the place with the chocolate covered cheesecake, will be selling made to order fruit filled crepes. Tasty.

One of our camp favorites is:

Pumpkin muffins

1 can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin PIE filling)
1 box spice cake mix

That is it two ingredients
Combine put in lined muffin tin and bake per box instructions.
Moist, dense, YUMMY!
Cream cheese frosting.
Bake in advance and freeze.

We may have a VERY HAPPY Ice Queen Faerie.... and likely a very FAT one... hope I don't bust a wing.... LOL

As a public service, I have decided to take it upon myself to evaluate the quality of the crepes as soon a can be arranged this Saturday morn'.
I know the 20 foot walk will be an arduous trek, but I hope it proves worthwhile.
If I am not seen again, take comfort in knowing I most likely passed with a smile on my face...




... along with some sort of strawberry or blackberry and cream mixture.
