Someone gave us comps for last sunday so now we have 2 any sunday tickets. I also have my sunday tickets form opening to pay the extra money on to turn into any day tickets. I will try to use them this sunday even though I would really love to come out on saturday if anyone is feeling generous with 2 sat tickets... I wouldn't deny them.... but Sunday is looking more likely.

Well, we will be there both days, so either way we'll find you!!!  I gotz yo' numbah... so I'll be texting you to see where you are!    I hope Sprint has their tower beefed up out there, like they're supposed to this year, so I can get through!  I may end up having to try and call, so listen for your phone! 

No BBQ but i did eat steak both nights!   

Hey, that works!  I wouldn't mind a couple of steak dinners, myself!  We don't get that around here too often...

I've been thinking about maybe bringing some homemade BBQ pulled pork down, though... it just sounds too good!

Oh, yes... we already have our tickets for the weekend, also!  I bought one of the Family 4 Packs... and at $12 per ticket (including the $1 "convenience fee" each) it's a pretty great deal!  I spent the same amount at the liquor store, and we will be having really tasty morning coffee in camp this year!    Double chocolate vodka, Irish cream and Coffee liqueur...


I was sad, though, because I couldn't find Apfelkorn... and I really wanted some to go with the hot spiced apple cider I'll have sitting out by the fire this weekend!

Uhhh... SURE! 

In my MIND, anyway.  LOL 

I have all these running mental lists, and most everything is STAGED to be packed... but the first things to go in the van are the garb bins (because the camping gear is the first to be pulled OUT, once we get there)... and I don't like to pack those util the day before, because those plastic bins always smell weird, and make our GARB smell weird... so I delay it as long as possible!  This time I think I'm going to use some sachets, though... scented with lemon extract.  Hopefully that will keep everything smelling fresh, and not perfume-y or plastic-y!  But all of the garb is ready to go into the bins, so, yeah...  I do still have to sort through all of the accessories, though... but I know where they all ARE... I just have to decide what goes, and what stays! 

The tent is sitting in the middle of the living room floor, waiting to go in the van, which is waiting for Scally Wag to get home from school so we can take it to the car wash and use the big industrial vacuums they have there (for FREE) to clean it all out (because under the seats was horribly messy, and desperately needs to be cleaned).  The air mattress/air pump bag is right beside the tent, and the new sleeping bags are right inside the closet, ready to go.  The cooler is on the porch ready to be washed and rinsed, and left out overnight to dry, and I am compiling the last minute shopping list right now! 

Oh,,, and the gas tank is already full!

I kind of thought that they just had a guard on it all night... but I could definitely be wrong.  I do know some folks roll in in the middle of the night, though.

Bonny, we're just going with what's newest, or fits best, at this point!  We've acquired far more than is possible to bring with us, for the first time in our Faire-going history, and so we are having to leave LOTS of things at home!  We're also taking into account the predicted weather, and every possible permutation of that, as well!  Not taking too many chances, but trying not to seriously over-pack, either.  It's a fine balance, for sure!
