I will be camping Saturday night. I'd like to come out Friday, but work and a Friday night birthday party invite prevent it.  Will be out bright and early Saturday though!
Looks like the weather is gonna cool down a little for the weekend too!

I will be out as well, and I will voulenteer my services as camp cook, I'll be out there about 1-2pm on friday.  If it looks like a lot of people for highland fling, I may make a seperate thread so we can have a good head county.

Highland Fling means Scotch and Haggis, right? Maybe not. I'll also help with cooking if you needs extra hands. I'm quite skilled with the sharp/pointies.

Well, no, no haggis, sorry.  I'm leaning toward poor-man's beef strogonoff and maybe chili.  Once I know how many people it'll be, I'll be more decisive.

Went to Cabela's and got the parts we needed to hook up the propane bottle from our BBQ grill to our Big Buddy Propane Heater!  We're set!

I have been watching the forecast all week and have noticed a continuous drop in temperature for Sat.  The prediction trend has been a two degree drop daily.  Be prepared for a super cold night!

Ok, here's how it looks so far. There's an assumption that comes with this list that everyone on it is attending this weekend, so let me know of any updates I'll need to make. I have trouble keeping up with tent sizes and sizes of crews, so let me know. I can also take on the task of setting up a few tents if needbe. BUT, know that it's first acquired, first put up! I live in the Heights area in Houston. If anyone wants to drop off their tent, PM me for address and phone #.

The Lovely Lady Trinn and I will have 2 big tents (10x20) to set up this time because my boy with be along with me. Also a large shower tent.
I should also be there early enough to help some on the keeping space etc etc
