...Suprise! It is kinda like my own Birthday dessert to myself.

Will it be your birthday that weekend?

I am pretty sure her Natal Day is the day before Turkey Day.

Yeah, I will be turning 21 on Wednesday the 26th. The day before Thanksgiving Day.

(however I looked into it a week ago and I was born on Thanksgiving Thursday the 26th which was also the FIRST thanksgiving day as well as the T-Day that actually declared a national holiday! YAY!)

Catch up with us next Friday and we'll toast your birthday!

I got Teach covered..... will be bringing Rum cake, Rum balls, and Railean XO Reserve Rum.... nectar of the Gulf Coast Gods here in San Leon, Tx.!

I'm gonna have to find ya Taarna so I can get a sip of that rum.  I'm a rum connoisseur so I'd love to try something made locally.

No, but I'll be right around the corner behind Chaos on row 1.  I'll be swinging by the camp when ever possible and lady Kitara and I plan to attend the musical gathering Saturday night.  So at some point that weekend I'm sure to bump into ya (o:

Hmmm, so i was thinking about the Mac and Cheese casserole that I am going to make ...

I also have to figure out how to make a larger serving of the dish for a 13x9 pan rather than the 9x9 that the recipe calls for....

Is any one REALLY good at cooking and can help me with the right measurements and such to make the dish as it should be?

Ok, but you better hope you get to me before Teach sniffs out all my stash!  :o He hath a very long straw, and it's my understanding can sniff out and empty a bottle of rum at 40 yards before anyone is the wiser!  ;D

Hmmm, so i was thinking about the Mac and Cheese casserole that I am going to make and well, I don't know how I am going to be able to keep it warm on the 3 hour drive down. I am going to visit my Grandfather during the day and have lunch with him and make the dish at his house. He lives in Rockdale about 1-2 hours east from Austin. Then I have to drive from his house with the dish and take the 71 down to Giddings then take 290 out like normal.

I also have to figure out how to make a larger serving of the dish for a 13x9 pan rather than the 9x9 that the recipe calls for....

Is any one REALLY good at cooking and can help me with the right measurements and such to make the dish as it should be? Also do we have a way to heat up those two 13x9 glass cook pans? (I am making TWO 13x9 sized dishes to be sure everyone can have some and Blue can HORD some for herself.)

I am really good at math and based on what I'm reading 2 13X9 vs 1 9X9, I would make three times the amount for the 1 9X9 pan and split it between the 2 13X9 pans.  Allow for additional cooking time, for instance if it needs 30 mins to cook, I would cook 40 - 45 mins.  Hope this helps.

YAY! That is what I needed! I just wanted to make sure that is everything that would be needed. I know that some times when cooking you cannot actually multiply just the amounts. you have to add time in there too.

Everyone enjoy a couple bites for me, as I'll be with the family that evenin'!  :o And if everything happens according to plan without any father-interventions, I will see everyone on Friday at the POW at noon!

Oh my! I'll be bringing rum balls, as well as one rum cake. I ALWAYS use some sort of annoying timer when I am cooking cause I would burn everything if Ididn't. LOL I am easily distracted.... ooooo shiny!!! LMAO!
