Well... lots of bravado there, eh??? And now that it's Friday again, I'm having a hard time laughing like I have been all this week. Treatment day has arrived again, but with not quite as much trepidation as last week, mostly thanks to all of you, my wonderful supportive Ren friends. Thank you all so much for helping me turn this towering, tremendous dread I have been feeling into such positive, courageous laughter! You warm my heart with the fire of your presence, and within the circle of your friendship I can face any flame...

Thank you, TG, what a lovely sentiment! I have a beautiful visual now. My determination to get through this is tempered steel, inset with the gold of wonderful, supportive friends! Makes for quite a sword, that! I believe I am girded for the battle...

FF, Maelstrom is indeed an excellent Commander of the Sacrifice, although perhaps a bit reluctant to get started on those pics he promised!

(Little does he realize that the true sacrifice will be on the part of the dancers themselves... when the grass skirts drop! LOL)

Sometimes the most difficult sacrifice to make is one's own sense of self-preservation... but I think a bit of Loki could ease the pain...
