All goes well here - spent the morning w/my mom paying bills and running around.  This afternoon I'm working on a chemise for a sea nymph thing I'm putting together.  The fabric is kind of metallic & pleat-y - have the feeling this may give me grief, especially when it comes to the neckline.

Hope you are continuing to improve everyday - anymore drum circles in the near future?

I was going to go last night, but it turned cold and rainy here, so I baby-sat a friends online game while he went out and played with R/L gaming friends.  I'm a good baby-sitter, and his village grew nicely, though I kinda neglected my own!  LOL  S'ok, though, since we have a circle here every Friday night...

It's much easier to speak zeh akzent rather than write it, yez? 

I need to start on my new skirt soon, and finish my favors, and dig out all my camping gear, and pack for Scarby, and... and... and get a little rest one of these days!!!  LOL 

Got me a shiny new camera yesterday, for a really good price, too!  It's fun, and much easier than I thought it was gonna be...  I so happeee!!!

Better to stay in and warm especially since your immune system may not be 100% yet.  No need to weaken the system.  Sounds like you had fun babysitting the game.  Now take care of your village.

I've got bazillions of projects going.  The body of the chemise is put together - they always confuse the bejabbers out of me & I've yet to find a pretty way of finishing the neckline, but what the hey.  There's a double layer skirt & then closer to TRF, a fancy pantsy bodice.  Obviously, Mama Gkika needs her gown.  That bodice may prove to be a buggerbear.

Congrats on the new camera - I always love to explore all the features of a new one.  Hye so happeee for hyu!

Hoh BOY!!!  Izz zoooo much funn forr me!!!  Goot tink izz eezy, too, hor I can smash zo qvick on vall... yah?

I have so much fabric that needs to be used, but even if there was another 24 hours in every day I still wouldn't have enough time to just finish all the projects I have going...  LOL  I believe I'll be leaving all my future bodices to Bonnie, though, since I absolutely adore the one she's already made for me, and I have the fabrics for my next one ready to ship off to her as soon as I can afford to pay for it!  I'd better get them while they're still affordable, because once everyone starts to realize how good she is I think her prices will start going up! 

I can't believe how cold it is here, and even more so since I still have low-grade fevers most every night, and will until I manage to get that stuff completely out of my system...  Been feeling pretty darn good lately, though, and running around like mad, doing all those things I haven't for so long!  It feels great to do things for myself again, finally!!!

I'm pretty good, actually!  I'm getting back to normal faster than they thought I would, but of course slower than I'd like...  I'm also almost completely off even my diabetes meds.  I still have two pills a day that I take, but that's down from 5 a day just 3 weeks ago, so I'm happy about that!  They're saying it will most likely just go away once I've lost a bit more of the weight I gained while I was sick.  I hope so!

Other than that I've just been daydreaming about Scarby, and looking forward to TRF... putting garb together in my head before putting fabric together, looking for cool little things I can use to make accessories, and trying to figure out if I'm going to go ren the next day or Fae...  Been dreaming up a Fire Faerie the last few months, and I'm thinkin' All Hallows might just be the time to debut her... 

Geez... I need like a week straight of Faire just to wear all the ideas I'm coming up with lately!  That means my creativity is coming back, and I'm glad I finally have the urge to start making again!!!

Meeeee toooo!!!!  I'm excited to get in the water this summer... I love to swim, and it will help with getting back into at least a recognizable shape again!  LOL  It's nice to have a waist line again...

Soooo... a few weeks ago I had my six month labs after the end of treatment, and all my numbers looks perfect, and it's been over two months since I've had to take any meds for diabetes, so the next A1C test (three month blood sugar average) should say it's completely gone, also!!!  I'll have another set of labs in a year, and a completely clean bill after that...

Managed to get out to the park today and do a bit of hiking, for the first time in... well, quite a long time, and it was very nice! 

Starting to feel like it's really over...
