Andelska Hora Castle, originally called Engelsburg, is a castle located above the village of Andelska Hora, in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic.

It was founded at the turn of the 14th century, 1402, by Bores z Ryznburk, a noblemen from the Ryznburk family.

Lihula is castle and manor house in the town of Lihula in Estonia.

The castle of Lihula (German: Leal) was first mentioned in 1211, but it appears the site was used as a fortress since the Iron Age.

The Château de Saint-Ilpize is a ruined castle in the commune of Saint-Ilpize in France.

Burg Posterstein is a castle on a rocky outcrop above the right bank of the river in Posterstein in Germany.

In 1143 a fortified castle or fort is recorded as occupied by a vassal of the Roman-German king Conrad III. There is some question whether the current castle is located on the same spot. But the construction definitely dates from before the thirteenth century.
The castle of today occasionally hosts a Ritterfest and is a museum.

Burg Ochsenburg is in the community Zaberfeld, Germany.

The original castle of the Lords of Ochsenberg was built in the 11th or 12th century and rebuilt again in the 14th. In the 16th century it was made over into a Renaissance mansion with only traces of its Medieval origin.

The Spycker Castle and estate lie on the territory of the municipality of Glowe in the German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Spycker was first recorded in 1318. It belonged at that the to a Stralsund patrician family, the von Külpens. The castle retains its Medieval footprint but has recently been renovated into a hotel.

In honor of my Daughter's birthday, we are going to Ireland.
Carlow Castle is located next to the River Barrow in County Carlow, Ireland.

The castle was built between 1207 and 1213. Carlow Castle is thought to have been built by William de Marshal, Earl of Pembroke and Lord of Leinster.

The Castle of Statto is a fortress located in the province of Piacenza, Italy.

Statto owes its name to the Roman post station, located on the route that started at the castrum of Piacenza in Trebbia and guaranteed the connection with the sea. The 1296 is the first certain date in the history of the castle, as witnessed by the act of sale whereby the Casellasco Casellaschi sold it to Ottone Codognelli.

Krimulda Castle is located just outside Sigulda, Sigulda municipality, Latvia.

During the 13th century the left bank of the Gauja river was governed by the Order of the Brethren of the Sword, (later known as the Order of Livonia), while the territories on the right bank were under the domain of the Archbishop of Riga. Krimulda castle was built in 1255 on the edge of a high bank on the right side of Gauja near the Vikmeste castle mound and the village of Livs.
