DS won't be coming out this weekend, but replace him with Zardoz.  I have Zardoz's tent and will be bringing it with me.  My tent is 15x10, but I will be up there somewhere 1-2 on friday to put it up and fix up the kitchen. 

Also, if anyone has folding tables, and if you can fit it, please bring it along; I only have one small one and I could really use a few, maybe 2 or 3 more.

Ok, here's how it looks so far. There's an assumption that comes with this list that everyone on it is attending this weekend, so let me know of any updates I'll need to make. I have trouble keeping up with tent sizes and sizes of crews, so let me know. I can also take on the task of setting up a few tents if needbe. BUT, know that it's first acquired, first put up! I live in the Heights area in Houston. If anyone wants to drop off their tent, PM me for address and phone #.

We will not be able to get to the campgrounds until 7:30 or 8:00 pm.  Teach and Trinn said they would lay down a tarp for us to save us a spot, but if you could make sure we have a space I would really appreciate it!  I don't want to get to the campgrounds at dark-thirty and not have a place to set up my tent!  Thanks!!!

Not to worry- Maclaren checked with the guard shack, and we are allowed to stake out a space, just not rope it off. That should save our area pretty well. We'll need for those to get there early to sort of pay attention to the borders, making sure to let others that try to come in know that this space is saved. A better way to preserve our boundaries throughout the weekend is to make sure that we have a solid tent border with a common area in the middle, and cars parked in front to block ppl that want to try and drive through the camp.  

A little extra effort, but its worth it.

If by trick you mean "Send Teach into a frenzy of guarding rum to make sure confiscation is not possible" then yes.. that would work lol

I'll be camping with Element of Air and Sir Jerrick Reyfe for Highland Fling but I'll be over at McLotofUs quite often, and to help with dinner if any is needed.

Looks like I won't be pulling into faire until 11 or 12 Friday night.  So I probably won't see everyone until Sat. morning.

uuummmmm....is anyone bringing fire pits?  that would be a neccesity this weekend....

also note to all:  they are watching the type of fire pits being used, so if you plan to bring one, make sure it is an above ground pit.
