Yeah... that's my opinion, also!  LOL

My doc does labs once a month, and the last ones were fine, even for my kidneys, but I do know that the effects of ibuprofen can be cumulative, and with the fever getting worse lately I've been taking more. I've got the pinking of my nail beds also, which is kind of freaky, but I'm doing heavy blueberry and pomegranate cleansing, so I'm sure it will be ok.

Thanks for the advice, and the support!!! I'm starting to feel a little better, now, and tomorrow should be even better!

If you're giving your kidneys a break during the week it will hopefully give them time to filter it out.  Cranberry juice is also excellent for the urinary system - I was drinking that by the gallon.  Now I like it w/vodka.

LOL... I'm kinda partial to the vodka mix myself, or at least I was when I was able to drink! By itself the cranberry is a bit acidic for me, but I do like it.

Wish I didn't have fever every day, but it's not bad enough to take something for it every day, so I get a break now and again during the week.

Still can't get any answers about the insurance...

OMG... I just talked to the pharm company and they said without insurance the last shipment of meds will cost $2400.00!?!

  Sorry to hear about your insurance luck.  Did you see if your doc could get the pharmacy to fast trak as Taffy suggested?  You would be surprised what some will do.  You are in my prayers girlie!  (((HUGS)))

Don't you just love  insurance  companies. I  think a  few  of us  on here can attest  to how  much  we  love insurance  companies   and  doctors  !   

$2,400.OO   for  meds !!   Yikes!!   Perhaps  we be  needing  to make  a run  to Canada  or  Mexico   girlfriend !

It's already too late... I got the cancellation letter on the 28th, the same day it was canceled! I do have the [hone numbers of a couple of organizations that could possibly help, though, so I'll see what they say. The problem is that I have to have the meds by Friday or I screw up my schedule.

Amy, it would cost almost that much to go somewhere and get the meds... think I'd rather spend it laying on a Mexican beach at Club Med...!  LOL

Rani I'm so sorry to hear about your insurance problems with your meds. It sucks that they are charging you an arm and a leg for just a couple of perscription drugs, but hey be glad that you even have health insurance cause I haven't had any since September of last year and quite honestly it's been kicking my @-- ever since.

I don't even know how many phone calls I've made this morning, but my ear is starting to hurt, and I think it has a definite phone shape to it, now...  LOL  I don't care, I'm almost done!
