Hi, sweetie.  Sorry I didn't touch back w/you on your first treatment-free weekend.  I'm sure you found something worth doing - even if it was nothing!  I had 3-day food poisoning and am still not well.  Let me give a hint - for gratis:  Sometimes it's not worth taking a chance on oysters, not even one.

I won't be at Scarby this year - funds, you know, but hope to see you at TRF.  Take care of your bad old self.

S'ok, lovey, I had a ball at our Faire up here!!!  Some friends and I presented "A Day in the Life of the Gypsies", and the camp was a huge success!!!  We're invited back next year, and since we demo they don't charge us anything.  We're expanding next year, also, and it will be extreme!  I was afraid I'd almost killed myself yesterday morning, though.  I could barely get out of bed, I was so sore!!!  Three days of hard work after 6 months of mostly nothing can be... a really stupid idea... 

I'm sooooo sorry you were sick!  I don't touch the slimy things, not ever!  I've had one in my life, and even swallowing it with a shot of tequila wasn't enough to keep it from wanting to come back up...    Blech  I hope you're feeling better now, though!

Wish you were going to make it to Scarby, but we'll hang at TRF for All Hallows... and we'll have to find a cheesieburger somewhere, also!!!  I'll supply the Big Kosher Pickles!  LOL

Thank you, both!  I'm ecstatic, and my energy is just flooding back every day!!!  I finally found a vehicle, also, so it's like getting my freedom again after being imprisoned in a small room for months.  I hardly know what to do first... LOL

It's so tempting to overdo, but it's good to stretch our wings sometimes.  I'm still feeling puny, but what can you do.  Since All Hallow's Eve is TRF's version of Day of Wrong, I'm schlepping out Professor Snape AND a new persona (not Hawt!) - in steampunk.  The hardest part is coming up with a name for her - any ideas?

Not quite ready for running, or much more than a sedate stroll at this point, but of course that isn't going to stop me from trying... LOL  I'll be attending our local drum circle Friday night for the first time since I started treatment, and there are three other festivals happening in the next couple of weeks that I plan on attending, though they're not Faire related.  I'm also taking my renlet to Ft. Worth next weekend on the train, as a belated b-day present for her, and I want to get out to one of the state parks the weekend after that for some camping, swimming and hiking!

Guess it's started already, and I just didn't realize it!!!  LOL
